Prefer to relax and maybe even snooze your way to or from Furano? Then bus transfers are for you! From Asahikawa and Asahikawa Airport, arrive via the "Lavender Go" Bus to within 2 mins of our location (unreserved seating, year-round schedule). The cost is approx. ¥840. Alight/embark at Hotel Naturwald Furano (2 mins from Furano Lofts). From Sapporo's New Chitose Airport, the Hokkaido Resort Liner Ski Bus operates (reserved seating, winter season only). The cost is ¥5,000 per adult/¥4,500 per child. For this service too, also alight/embark at Hotel Naturwald Furano. From Sapporo City, take the all-year Chuo Bus to JR Furano Station (approx. cost ¥3,000 pp).

Love rail adventures? Arrive in Furano via Japan Rail (JR), with services offered between Furano and Sapporo City, Sapporo's New Chitose Airport, and Asahikawa City. (Asahikawa Airport is not on the rail network, see "Arrive by car" or "Arrive by bus" for access details from Asahikawa Airport). From Sapporo's New Chitose Airport and Sapporo City, rail services operate to Furano via the township of Takikawa, where a change from "limited rapid express" trains to "local service" trains is required. (Note: there are no elevators at JR Furano Station and access to and from platforms is via stairs).
