We have faithfully followed traditional design and construction in creating our private-use onsen, emphasising simplicity and authenticity, and the use of natural materials. Japanese White Cypress, 'Hinoki' timber, the material from which baths have been made for centuries in Japan, lines our onsen's interior. There are different grades of this beautiful material, and we have used only the finest quality available.
Furano Lofts is the only accommodation in Furano's ski village to offer its guests the opportunity to experience Japan's culture of onsen bathing in complete privacy. In a purpose-built building, discreetly positioned within our mature gardens, our onsen affords our guests a unique spa-like experience, enabling them to refresh body and mind at the end of an active day.
