Furano Lofts & Chalet is managed onsite by a multi-award winning Guest Services Team. Our team is Furano's most internationally experienced and is made up of native English speakers, as well as fluent Japanese speakers.

Our onsite office is open from 08:30 – 18:30 daily to attend to all guest requirements, including the provision of check-in and check-out services, as well as the supervision of the housekeeping services that are detailed in each guest's booking confirmation.
