We are able to store empty suitcases for guests who wish to fully unpack during their stay.

Packed luggage storage on a guest’s day of arrival or departure may be available subject to prior arrangement with our onsite staff.

Furano Lofts & Chalet will also accept packed luggage shipped from within Japan, providing delivery by your chosen shipping company is specified to be your check-in day and subject to prior confirmation with our Guest Services Team. The address and telephone number shown in the signature section of our email confirming a guest's booking may be used for shipping luggage. We regret that we are unable to accept shipped luggage that arrives prior to your check-in day.
