Furano Lofts & Chalet’s onsite Guest Services Team manage reservations for use of the private onsen. To make a reservation, guests may simply contact our Guest Services Office on the day of use and our Team will be pleased to assist to secure an available time slot.

Uniquely, following each reservation of the onsen, our onsite Team carefully services and prepares the facility for use by the next reserved guests. In this way we hope to ensure that every guest is afforded a fresh and rejuvenating experience of the highest standard.
