Why do Furano Lofts & Chalet's payment terms require full payment a minimum of 90 days prior to check-in, or at the time of booking if the check-in date is within 90 days?

Furano is primarily a leisure travel destination, and most guests will book their accommodation for their trip well in advance of travel date. On average, accommodation bookings are made more than 90 days in advance and last minute bookings are uncommon. As a result, finding replacement bookings for cancellations made within 90 days of arrival is unlikely. Our payment terms protect our revenues and ensure we are able to provide our guests with the highest quality accommodation and service experience.

We recommend that our guests protect their accommodation payments via travel insurance, with coverage for cancellation or other unforeseen circumstances included.
